All rates are intended to be per room per night with breakfast.
SEASONAL CLOSURE:
From November to March ( reservation and information services active during all the year).
During Italian holidays and non-working days rates can increase.
HIGH SEASON:
All reservation requests must be of at least seven days ( or multiple) and from Saturday to Saturday.
WEEK-ENDS:
For reservations of 2 nights during Low and Middle Season Week-Ends We apply the normal rates with welcome aperitif included. ( If the request would be for just 1 night higher season rates could be applied).

During Italian holidays and non-working days Middle Season rates are applied and we are normally used to publish all-included packages offers on our website. For information or estimate of costs please do not hesitate to contact us.
